PROOFS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING ONLINE OR DOWNLOADING. Proofs are, however, available for home delivery via standard U.S. Mail. Please see the instructions below for ordering your proofs by mail. Thank you.

To Order Your Proofs By Mail

If you missed the proof viewing at your school proofs can be conveniently ordered through the mail.  To purchase your proofs and have them mailed to your home please follow these instructions:

If you still have the proof notification postcard we sent to your home:  Mail us back the postcard in an envelope along with your check or money order for $35.00 ($50.00 for dance due to quantity of proofs).  Once your proofs are delivered and you then place an order from those proofs your $35 ($50 for dance) proof purchase payment will be credited to your order and your proofs will still be returned to you with the order.  Proof purchases are non-refundable.

If you do not have the proof notification postcard we sent to your home simply follow the procedure above and send us the following information in place of the postcard:

  1. Student's name

  2. School name

  3. Group (Band, Orchestra, Choir, JROTC, Dance)

  4. Your mailing address including zip code

  5. Your daytime telephone number
